Vayu Buildcon is a premium plotted development company headquartered in Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh. Founded in 2010 by Mr. R.M.S. Sengar, a Retired Defense Personnel, the company acquires large land parcels and develops them into planned residential plot colonies — with proper roads, drainage, electricity, and green spaces. We sell plots so families can build their dream home exactly the way they want. Over the past decade, we have helped 2,000+ families own their piece of land in Bhopal, earning a reputation for transparent dealings, clear titles, and on-time handover.
